In 2002, after taking school-leaving examination, he was matriculated at the Faculty of International Relations, Administrative and Political Science, at Moldova State University. At the same time, he was studying at The School of Political Leaderism (2002-2003) and at the Invisible College from Moldova, the Political Science Lab (2004-2006). He worked as a reporter at the IPNA "Teleradio-Moldova", News department.
