Angela graduated from Financial-Banking College, the Moldova Academy of Economic Studies. She worked as intern at many TV and radio stations in the USA, the "Internews" News Agency, in Kiev and studied at The Media Laboratory, Chisinau. She is working as a journalist at the ELITA TV independent station in Rezina. In 1997 she was awarded the Prize "The best debut of the year" for the Programme "The Law and Human Rights", offered by the Association of Independent TV journalists.
