Aurica graduated the Faculty of Philology, specialization Romanian-English languages, Moldova State University. For two years, she worked at the National Library and starting with 2004 she worked as English language teacher at the English Language School - "English for a new life". In May 2007, Aurica became the editor of the "Ziarul Liber" newspaper.
